Banyak fadilat daripada puase ini, dari segi kesihatan, wang (boleh beratkan kocek; hehehe)...
Saya ingatkan anda supaye buatlah amalan yg baek ini, kerane lihatlah Utz. Affandi kite, setiap Isnin dan Khamis dia berpuasa, Masyallah!, umurnya yang dak nk dekat 60 sanggup berpuasa kerana sunnah, Apatah lagi kita yang masih sihat walafiat; alhamdulliah?
